Lease Terms

The Lease is between you the Tenant and Railhead Rentals. Each cabin is to be used as a residence only. No one else may occupy the lodge. No subletting or pets are allowed. Our insurance does not cover the loss of or damage to your personal property. 

Parking: We may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking all cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles. We may have unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles towed according to state law at the owner or operator’s expense.

Cleaning: If requested at the time of lease, lodge cleaning is performed by a contractor not subject to the supervision, or covered by the insurance of Railhead Rentals. The Tenant is responsible for securing all personal property.

Damages: You must promptly pay or reimburse us for loss, damage, consequential damages, government fines or charges, or cost of repairs or service in the lodge due to: a violation of the lease or rules, improper use, negligence, other conduct by you or your invitees.

Smoke-Free Cabins: Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the lodge to be occupied by Tenant has been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant shall not smoke anywhere in the lodge, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so. A breach of this Agreement by the Tenant shall be a material breach of the lease and grounds for immediate termination of the lease by Railhead Rentals. A $200.00 cleaning fee will apply if the lease is breached due to smoking.
